2009. Best Restaurant in the World. In March, the awards for the best restaurants in the world are granted once again, presented by the British publication The Restaurant Magazine. For the fourth consecutive year and the fifth year in total, the over five hundred critics and gourmets concede the title of best restaurant in the world to elBulli.
