2009. The menu of elBulli inspires a musical composition.
In June, Le livre des illusions (hommage à Ferran Adrià) -The Book of Illusions: Homage to Ferran Adrià- is presented at salle Pleyel in Paris, one of the most prestigious musical scenes in Europe. This work was composed by the French musician Bruno Mantovani and was inspired by one of the menus at elBulli. The piece is composed of 35 movements (one for each dish) through which the composer illustrates the texture of each of the recipes of the menu with music. |
